AUGUST RACING IN AMERICA PODCAST: Lyn St. James
Racing in America advisor Lyn St. James is known as one of the pioneers of racing, becoming the first woman to win a major professional road racing event solo, and garnering Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year honors in 1992. St. James spends her time these days trying to help young women find their way in professional motorsports, and honors the sport with her Women in the Winner's Circle Foundation.
St. James, with the assistance of The Henry Ford, started a traveling Women in the Winner's Circle Exhibit, that is traveling across the U.S. through 2014. She recently chatted about the exhibit, her start in racing, innovation and more for Racing in America's August podcast.
